Cathi Dennehy, PharmD, FCSHP
Dr. Cathi Dennehy is a Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Pharmacy at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Pharmacy. She obtained her Pharm D degree from UCSF in 1993. She has been on faculty with the UCSF School of Pharmacy for more than 30 years. She is internationally known or her expertise in herbal medicine and dietary supplements, based on her publications, clinical research, affiliations, speaking engagements and health education. She served as the PGY1 pharmacy residency program director at UCSF for 16 years and continues to enjoy mentoring students and residents. She serves as course director to the gastrointestinal theme within the School of Pharmacy. Dr. Dennehy is a credentialed provider who focuses on medication management for patients recently discharged from UCSF under the Transitions of Care Discharge Outreach Program and medication management and adjustment for those on blood thinning medications in the UCSF Anticoagulation Clinic.
